Due to exciting expansion, Back on Track Children's Services S.E Ltd will be opening our forth home in 2025!
​The team is growing and we have an opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our staff team. 

We currently have vacancies for

  • Senior shift leaders
  • Shift leaders 
  • Residential support workers

We also have bank staff vacancies available for half term and summer holiday cover. 

The residential support worker to senior shift leader positions give earning opportunities of £30,472-£34,299 based on working a 40 hour week with 1 sleep in.

Our aim is always to provide these children with a homely environment and safe space for them to grow and flourish. Working within this sector you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference to a child's life. You will meet children from all walks of life and have the opportunity to create positive meaningful relationships with them and watch them grow in a safe and secure environment.

  • Ability to work on your own and within a team

Experience in working with children with challenging behavior and learning disabilities would be advantageous.

Our training system offers a wide range of in-house and external training courses which equips the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for caring for children. This can lead to a development of qualifications (including QCF/Diploma level 3,4 and 5 in Children’s Residential Care) and progression to more senior roles within the company structure.
